Jenny is amazing. We used her twice. For buying and selling our house (4 years later). She went above and beyond for us multiple times. She was very hands on with the entire process. She kept in contact almost daily during the whole 2 month process. When selling, we moved out of state and she helped fix things around the house since we weren’t there to handle it. She even called our AC people multiple times trying to get things fixed. She even hired a cleaner for the house, so I didn’t have to worry about it on top of moving to a new state. She’s great. I picked the Agent and she just happened to work for Lake Norman Realty. The Agent and my relationship with her is much more significant and important than the firm she works for (assuming the firm is one of the larger firms, you will get about the same service from the firms). I have had 4 other agents in the past with RE deals and though they didn t do anything wrong, I didn t call them back. I guess they just didn t wow me or seem invested but they still did a decent enough job. I wasn t unhappy with them or anything like that. Having said that, I will call Paige FIRST should I need an agent every time!! She understood the business side of buying and selling and also for me, the emotional side in making such a big transition and transaction by myself. She knew when to call her Broker in charge and the Broker in charge was always responsive. She has a calm way about her even during the frenzy of closing multiple deals in one day to make it all come together while I focused on moving my family.

Carol assisted with the sale of our existing home as well as the purchase of our new home and she is very knowledgeable and takes care of her clients. She is like family to us.
